The building has private old and original Turkish Hamam (Bath) and Sauna for its living for free at the heart of the city. The interior design made for 5 or 6 persons' comfortable stay with small details and movie nights fun(you will have Netflix and projector- enjoy both).You have all public transportations 10 to 15 walking distance(you won't need it.
The place is at the heart of the city and hidden- at the shadow of the ancient church which means you will enjoy the city itself and when you finish with looking around you will have absolute comfortable&quiet stay at home. And the best part of the building is its private Turkish Hamam(Bath) and Sauna. You need to book it a day in advance later on the original&old Turkish Hamam will be ready only for you and your people use *genders are not important you can use it as you wish this is a big extra here because we do not have any commercial Turkish Hamam without seperation by sex.( in Istanbul Turkish Hamams are seperate by sex unless you don't have a private one like you are having.) Apart from that you will have Netflix with Projector which means you will have a great movie night.
If we talk about location-you will not waste your time to take a transportation for touristic attractions and having food, fun, cultural, traditional places because all they are in walking distance you can easily walk and enjoy the city.
