Located in Ovacik in a quiet setting above the village of Hisaronu. Lovely private pool within mature, well stocked garden affording privacy. Steps from pool area to large shaded terrace ideal for outside dining, with spectacular sunset views. 10 minutes to Oludeniz offering beautiful beaches, water-sports, trip and tours, and excellent bars and restaurants. 25 minutes to Fethiye by local dolmus- a lovely fishing town with very good markets including a great market for fresh fish - cooked there, or at the villa on gas or lovely brick built open barbecue. In addition to the private pool a large communal pool is available 3 minutes walk away. Internally the villa offers very comfortable living. Kitchen has large fridge, dish washer, washing machine, cooker and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans all provided. Lounge with open fireplace, dining area with additional drinks fridge. TV (a few English channels), DVD player, DVD's, books and games. 4 bedrooms. The fourth being in the basement which includes ensuite and lounge area. Ideal for young adults.
