Positive: Everything at hotel was great. Hotel building, pools and beach area are beautiful and mesmerizing. Our room was upgraded to 2 bedroom Suite upon check-in which we really liked it. Restuarant staff was polite and helpful to prepare gluten free bread/pizza and other stuff for our daughter on request.

Negative: Food quality and variety can be improved. We felt that some food items were not fresh. Other than that everthing was perfect.
