An open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area occupies much of the ground floor. With glass sliding doors to much of the front of the property, light floods into this space and the inside can be opened up to extend the living area to the swimming pool terrace. The sitting room area area has plenty of comfortable seating, flat-screen satellite TV + DVD player and unlimited Wi-Fi. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped to self cater and includes a large fridge-freezer, oven, hob + extractor and microwave and has corian work surfaces. A separate WC is located on this floor, together with a utility area housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board.The ground floor has the first of the four bedrooms with direct access to the pool terrace, the further three bedrooms are on the first floor, all are en-suite with sea view balconies
