Positive: I love the place , I visit many times Istanbul and I prefer Karakoy because you are in the centre.. safe area with many choices for food or drinks. I love Mandala Hotel because it’s new and very very clean hotel! Kind Stuff ( may thanks to Busra, she is so kind and helpful) All the receptionist people and the people who made our room are very kind ! Bravo! We booked Deluxe Queen Room and it is perfect! Very big room and nice decoration.. very good mattress and all the facilities! Our friends booked Double room (standard edition) it is a little bit small room so if you want space in the room .. choose Deluxe Queen. Highly Recommended!!! I will return sure for my next visit
