Summary: The staff has been great, but the hotel property itself leaves a lot to be desired. Two small elevators for the whole hotel, very noisy during the day and night. Too many people in the pools, and the large pool has been closed for 2 days. The beach is far, you need to take a bus to get to the beach. The food was ok, not great. I guess it’s all about expectations, it’s not a luxury hotel by any means. It’s probably good for families with small kids if you can handle a lot of people around you and a lot of noise.
