Villa Galaxy is a newly renovated, private detached villa in Arıkbaşı, a peaceful area of Dalyan. The renovations have just finished and we are now ready for bookings, is has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. We have tried to incorporate everything a rented would look for in a property and we hope we have ticked all the boxes!!
This villa will be perfect for guests with mobility issues with ramps and a ground floor bedroom with wet room style shower.
There is a huge pool that has roman entrance steps with grab rail, a separate Jacuzzi pool, a separate chill pool with 2 sunbeds sunken into the pool, and a separate shallow children's pool.
A stunning day room is at the bottom of the garden with comfy sofas, coffee table, water cooler, Darts board and Table Tennis.
There are 8 sunbeds and some parasols, BBQ, sink and worktop outside for preparing food. The rear terrace overlooking the pool has dining furniture to seat 8 and comfortable chill lounge furniture.
Inside - The ground floor is spacious with brand-new, top quality kitchen that has every modern appliance needed and a kitchen island with stools.
The lounge has a large smart TV, L shaped sofa and dining table and chairs.
Ground Floor Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom wet room style for easy wheelchair access and balcony doors to front terrace.
A separate toilet and sink are in the hallway.
The first floor has 3 more bedrooms and bathrooms.
Bedroom 2: Master bedroom overlooking the pool with balcony. Double bed, air conditioning. ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and Julliette balcony.
Bedroom 4: Double bed (size 1.40cm) air conditioning. There is a bathroom across the landing for the guests in this bedroom to use.
The villa also has a washing machine, dishwasher and digital security safe.
