This adv is for a room in a house which is located in Etiler..Etiler is elite and quite area. The flat is tidy, cozy, at floor, The room having nice sunrise and sunset . Its big and about 20 meter square(with its garden).The rent is 1400 tl all bills included. deposit is 1000 tl.
I love doing sports, reading everything.. I like to have fun :) and also I have a cat, she is nice and smart.

I don’t have too many rules. The most important rule is pls keep relax and smile at home because the home is yours during your stay.
This villa has a living/dining room, separate fully-equipped kitchen, double bedroom, small bedroom, 1 bathroom with built in wardrobes. And also, 2 garden, 1 balcony, parking area. If you have a car, there is a public parking building directly behind us.
My place is 500m. from the seaside and several pubs and restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and shopping centre. And this place is popular, stylish venues of Istanbul. I’m sure you’d have fun. You’ll love my place because of the location.
You’ll love my garden and balcony with stunning view of woods. You’ll find peace with silent. You can walk on the seaside in any time you want and after that you can do yoga or pilates with personal trainer at the side villa. If you have such a request, please issue in advance
