Positive: The property is beautiful, and staying in the cave makes you feel like a fairytale. I lost a luggage on the way getting here and Tyana was probably the best place I could have arrived after. Staff helped me by reaching out to the bus company directly and navigating the complicated claims system. I also arrived much later than expected around midnight and they waited for me and even went out and got me food as everything close was closed. I can truly say I’ve never had such a positive experience with a hotel, and would have been in serious trouble without Tyanas amazing hospitality. Couldn’t recommend more.
