The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building, and there is no elevator.
Trash containers are available roughly 25 meters to both the right and left as you exit the building.
The sofa in the living room does not convert into a bed, but it can comfortably accommodate one person for sleeping.
Since the apartment is in the heart of the entertainment district, most places are within walking distance. The unit is soundproof, but you may still hear some light ambient noise due to the lively surroundings.
As shown in the photos, only certain rooms have air conditioning; not all rooms are equipped with AC.
The water boiler pressure may occasionally drop and may need a quick manual reset, which takes less than a minute.
