Summary: Even though there were many frustrating issues during the stay, like the elevator being out of service for an entire week without being fixed, and the ice machine reportedly being broken for more than a month, one staff member (The young man Yusuf) truly made everything easier with his smiling face and very helpful attitude. A huge compliment and sincere thanks to Yusuf for his professionalism, kindness, and positive energy. He was the bright spot of the experience and deserves great recognition.
