Positive: Friendly & professional team, quite near to Sabiha Gokcen airport, Viaport mall, restaurants and supermarkets. Wonderful breakfast! Spotless Turkish bath (Hamam), Sauna and Steam room. Huge thank you to Ms Tatyana Baysal, she helped my fiancée for him to find place to celebrate my birthday. Also she send present (fruit plate) for my birthday. My fiancée told me everything the evening of 21st Feb so l couldn’t see Ms Tatyana to say goodbye🥰 I forgot the name of the staff who arranged our rooms during the check-in to the hotel, but he helped us.

Negative: Unfortunately the bed sheets are made of a polyester’s fabric and made us sweat while sleeping. My fiancée was upset about requesting parking fee due to a change in the management system. We made the reservation weeks in advance and parking was included in the fee. (It was Free parking ) However, l was very surprised when they told me they were charging a fee ( due to new decisions made) for parking. Each entry you will have pay 200 Turkish lira if l recall so people making reservations should be careful about new parking regulations.

Summary: Miracle Hotel was my place to escape the world, and l hope it always stays that way!
