Please note that airport transfers can be arranged upon request. guests are kindly requested to contact the hotel prior to arrival for further details. contact information can be found on the booking confirmation, there is no games room in the hotel, there is a dj performing every day except monday, and live music is played in the mandala lounge bar on fridays and saturdays from 9 pm to midnight. this can be heard in all the rooms, making it feel like a small party is taking place on these days. - the dj is only available between 8:30 pm and 11:30 pm on these days and the music will not be too loud to disturb guests, the hotel kitchen closes at 6 pm. no food is served after this time, but the bar remains open until midnight.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
